Enhancing the Caminer Surgery brand and its marketing communications with rich insight, creativity and uniformity.

The renowned Caminer Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Laser Clinic approached Platform to refresh the practice’s brand and communications so it could present itself more effectively in a highly-competitive market. The scope of work developed included the design of logos, stationery, the design and production of an eye-catching and user-friendly website, and the design, production and launch of a largely informative marketing kit.

Our goal with the logo was to achieve simplicity in form — creating a memorable, long-lasting design.

The dynamic symbol, based on the two initials of the founder Dr Caminer, were worked to create a ‘swish-like’ set of inter-connecting lines, reminiscent of a person’s head or nose — also representing ‘the preciseness of hand-work’. The stationery was kept to a minimal, yet elegant design, with bronze stamp foiling used on the business cards that were produced with elaborate production techniques and stock.

The next phase was the design and development of the surgery’s website. In addition to complimenting the new brand, the website holds a large amount of very useful information aimed at patients and colleagues, presented through an elegant, brand orientated design. A separate website was also designed and produced for the Caminer Laser Clinic brand, which presents the same characteristics
as the main site.

The final phase was the design and development of a large marketing folder kit aimed at medical colleagues, and potential and existing patients. Each kit contains 18 fact-sheets, articulating the methods, techniques and expected results of each and every procedure performed by Dr Caminer. A careful selection of imagery was artistically transformed into a strong yet elegant series — representing each procedure in a very ‘natural, non-artificial’ and ‘intriguing’ way.
