Kaplan is one of the world’s leading providers of lifelong education. In 2011, the primary focus of its Higher Education division was to provide a more competitive offering to International Students potentially considering the Australian higher education market. To do so, the organisation was challenged to form a strategic alliance with three of its competing sub-brands.
Applying extensive marketing insight, Platform assisted with identifying and defining Kaplan’s core value proposition for each market and unique target audience, mapping the journey of enquiry through to engagement. This process enabled the development and delivery of effective sales tools for use in Kaplan’s strategic – and successful – approach to marketing their offer.
The sales kit was developed with particular emphasis placed on providing a flexible sales approach. Platform’s creative design enables Kaplan sales people to customise the piece, representing one or all three sub-brands, and offering tailored information based on the prospective client’s status as a qualified or unqualified lead.
The extensive collateral redesign has enabled Kaplan to create more impact with their international enrolment campaigns for 2012 and beyond.
